Balloons and Cupcakes retail location is filled with over 120 styles of foil (mylar) balloons, 10 - 12 flavors of fresh baked cupcakes made in-house at our Burien location, unique gifts, party supplies, balloon bouquets and balloon flower bouquets.  We are conveniently located between Seattle and Tacoma. Helium Tanks are available for rent and we carry all necessary accessories including: Bags of Qualatex and BSA Balloons, Twister Balloons - 260Q's, Balloon Regulators, pumps and ribbon.
